Kentucky events
Kentucky motorcycle events, rallies and bike nights
Kentucky motorcycle events are mostly local: bike nights at dealers and bars, charity rides, poker runs and holiday toy runs in Louisville, Lexington, Bowling Green and towns across the state. For big rallies, Kentucky riders travel, and several are a day's ride away. Here's the calendar, the trips worth taking, and how to find what's on near you.

Kentucky's local riding calendar
There's no Sturgis-sized rally in Kentucky. The year runs on local events instead: weekly bike nights at dealers, bars and diners, dealer open houses and demo days, memorial and charity rides, and toy runs in November and December. The Red River Gorge works as an unofficial gathering spot, with Slade and the roads around Natural Bridge full of bikes on good weekends.
Plan around Derby season in Louisville. The Kentucky Derby is the first Saturday in May, and the festival around it, starting with the Thunder Over Louisville fireworks in April, fills the city with crowds and traffic. Charity rides, poker runs and toy runs
Charity rides are the heart of Kentucky's calendar: memorial rides, poker runs for local causes, rides for veterans and first responders, and holiday toy runs. Most are posted by clubs, dealers and chapters a few weeks out, so check the events map as the season goes.
A charity poker run works a lot like poker runs in Rippin': ride to stops, collect cards, best hand wins. In Rippin', each stop deals one card when you arrive, no QR codes, and your best five-card hand posts to the poker leaderboard.

Post your Kentucky motorcycle event
Any rider can post a meet or event for free: name, time, place and a short note on what to expect. A weekly bike night or a monthly breakfast ride can repeat, so you post it once and the next date always shows. Share it to your squad and the feed, and riders RSVP from the app.
Shops, clubs and brands that host a lot can use Organizer Pro ($8.99/mo) for unlimited and recurring meets and official events on the calendar. A dealer, diner or distillery-town cafe that riders visit can also become a poker stop. More on motorcycle events in Rippin'.
